Refund Policy

AI Store Audit sells digital audit reports and manual review services for ecommerce websites. This policy explains delivery and refund handling.

Delivery

Paid audit reports are delivered as a shareable report page, PDF, CSV, or email summary. Most manual reviews are delivered within 24-48 hours after we receive the store URL and required context.

Refund eligibility

If we cannot complete the paid audit because the submitted website is inaccessible or outside the service scope, we may offer a refund or ask for a replacement URL. Refund requests must be sent within 7 days of purchase.

Completed digital reports

Once a custom report or fix brief has been delivered, refunds are generally not available unless there is a clear delivery failure, duplicate payment, or material issue with the service.
